Growing and consolidating an organisation does not depend on vision or passion alone, but on having processes and tools that let people work smoothly and efficiently. When internal workflows break down, hours, energy and motivation are lost.

For more than 15 years I have worked in software development and in the digitalisation of processes and services, specialising in usability and UX design. I have worked with over a hundred companies and organisations across very different sectors, which has shown me the most common difficulties: from poor coordination and a lack of efficient processes and suitable tools, to resistance to change.

Today I support teams and organisations in redesigning their processes and infrastructure so they can grow soundly, looking after their people and making better use of their resources.

My method

I work with a flexible five-stage process, adapted to your reality and your pace:

  1. Diagnosis and listening

    I get to know the organisation from the inside: I talk to the team, watch how the real processes work and spot what slows the day down.

  2. Prioritise with judgement

    We translate the pain points into clear objectives and decide where to start, based on impact and on the effort involved.

  3. Design the solution

    We define tailored processes, tools and user experiences, with proposals you can validate before committing resources.

  4. Implement with the team

    We roll the changes out in phases, with training and support so the team makes them their own.

  5. Consolidate and improve

    We measure results, adjust whatever needs adjusting and leave the organisation able to keep improving on its own judgement.
